Tour at 13:00
The wind calmed down a lot and we had fine weather in the afternoon, a bit wet though! We had very nice sightings: minke whales, white-beaked dolphins and harbour porpoises. In the beginning we spotted the porpoises, a really nice group of at least twenty animals. They jumped around and seem to have a lot of fun. They were easy to watch this time! At the same area we suddenly spotted a few dolphins which we joined for some while. When we kept on searching we found another very lively group of feeding dolphins. But this was not all; we suddenly spotted three more dolphins, jumping in the distance this time and later on some more! So all in all we enjoyed many dolphins today! The minke whale surprised us a bit today, it suddenly popped up very close beside the boat, just twenty meters away. There it surfaced several times, deep dived once shortly and surfaced again in the front of the boat. But then it was gone and after some time waiting we decided to leave because time was over.
