Report from Eldey: A little windier today but still very beautiful. Clear skies but cloudy where it counts, where the sun was setting to create a stunning sunset. We traveled west towards the area of this mornings humpback whale and seems like the food there was still in abundance. We saw 2 white-beaked dolphins, mother and calf that played around the vessel for sometime, riding our bow waves in particular. After a while they swam off and we saw a blow of a humpback whale and went to check it out, it turned out to be a new individual making it 3 different individuals in the last week. Recognisable by the unique  pattern under their fluke (tail). It will be interesting to see who this individual maybe and post it on our social media. We watched for a while but as there was another whale watching vessel watching too we decided to not spent too long and went searching for other life, just 2 km later we found the same humpback as in the morning tour. 2 humpback whales in one tour, incredible!. This one was more actively feeding and surfacing more frequently.

Report from Eldey: And it seems like mother nature is still in the mood of spoiling us. The weather is just incredibly wonderful with calm seas and clear skies. We sailed out into the direction of Keflavik at the beginning of our tour today, changed direction towards Akraness however after not finding much activity where we were. Here we found what we had been looking for - a humpback whale. It was feeding and didn't feel the least bit distracted by our presence. We saw it's fluke numerous times and even had one very close encounter within less than 30 meters of the boat. That in combination with a stunning sunrise made this my kind of way to start the day.
