Tour at 13:00

The sea conditions had calmed down a lot on this tour and you could see more of the landscape. We headed out to the spot where we had been successful in the previous tour and the tours of yesterday but no luck. There were loads of Gannets though doing their amazing diving technique but no whales. So we headed further out to another spot which we have had luck with in the past and there we saw the pod of White-beaked Dolphins (5-6 individuals). They were excellent, travelling parallel with the boat 10 meters away for at least 10 minutes. There were a couple of Minkes Whales spotted but they were only surfacing once and then going for a deep dive. Once surfaced just 20 meters from us but only once. Great tour but elusive Minke Whales. ;)

Tour at 09:00

It was smooth sailing out into the bay today but that was because we had the wind behind us. It didn't take us long to get to the area and once we got there it was great, Diving Gannets, at least 2 Minke Whales one that surfaced many times and close to the boat too. Great Tour!!
