Tour at 13:00

Hafsúla We went to the area where we spotted the whales this morning. Many feedin birds where there: seagulls, Arctic terns, guillemots, razorbills and puffins. Unfortunately we couldn't see many puffins on the puffin Island. We had two rather short sightings today: two minke whales. Both were surfacing close to the boat but only a few times

Tour 9:00

A nice sunny day but still a bit windy. We had aour first stop to Puffin island this moring and the aniamls were many and there were all flying or either walking close to their nesting sites. Out at sea we did spot a Minke whale suddenly surfacing 20 meters far away from us for a few times before going down for a deep dive. Tour 12.00 Elding The weather improved and we had less windy and consequanlty better sea conditions. Birds were many gathering in flocks, at the surface and many of them were feeding. Majority of birds were lesser black backed Gulls, Puffins, Kittiwakes and Artic terns. Unfortunately no whales have been spotted.
