Report from Eldey: We started the tour on time, with very good conditions, calm sea and a lovely sunny weather here in Faxaflói bay. After half an hour of sailing we met different pods of at least 40-50 white beaked dolphins in total playing and feeding around us, making the passengers very happy. A couple of individuals were extremely playful jumping in front of the bow. After observing them for a while, we continued sailing south where I spotted a pair of humpback whales far away, at about 1 mile from us. We got closer to them to enjoy these beautiful creatures, logging and breathing. Everyone got the chance to enjoy them very close to the boat and take pictures too. After saying goodbye to them due to running out of time we met other few white beaked dolphins on the way back to the port. We can definitely say: It's been a good and lucky day!

CLASSIC WHALE TOUR | 0900
Report from Eldey: This morning we sailed the seas against some cold wind from north. The wind lowered the temperatures but cleared the sky making possible to see all the mountains around us. At the beggining was difficult to spot something but eventually some White beaked dolphins appeared jumping and very close to the boat. Everyone was enjoying the dolphins, unfortunately no whale appeared but the dolphins were really great and made everyone with a smile on the face. Eventually we started to head back to the harbour finishing the tour.
