Report from Hafsulan: It's not often that Elding's moto has been so true, because today has been truly an adventure at sea ! We were warned about the sea conditions and strong wind, but the snow and hail were unexpected guests ! It resulted in quite challenging conditions outside, but obviously passengers today were up for testing themselves in the rough icelandic weather, since both of outside decks of the boat remained occupied. If the cruising was adventurous, we could somehow find enjoyment and hilarity in withstanding it. Our true foe today was visibility. We had time of clearances that allowed us thorough searching, but a thick fog was surrounding us. While the eerie and mysterious was enjoyable, it made difficult any spotting. Thus, we came back empty-handed, sad as sunflowers on a cloudy day. Hopefully, the complimentary tickets for another ride and the adventurous sailing will be enough to make up for the lack of success and yours truly's terrible analogy skills. See you next time !
