Tour at 13:00
Report from Eldey: We departed from Keflavik on our afternoon tour in order to seek shelter from the wind. There was a strong wind blowing from South West, so the land of Reykjanes did a very good job protecting us from too much swell. The weather did not seem to make up its mind, we were always alternating between periods of strong wind and rain and periods of clearer sky and sunlight. The crew was very excited to sail those unusual waters, and everybody was focused and determined to find some wildlife. Unfortunately, the searching remained fruitless. As disappointing as it is, it is the way nature works. This is why we handed over tickets for coming back for free with us to our passenger, and we wish next time will be the right time!
