Report from Elding: What an odd but nice tour ! The wind picked up so you had to make sure you hold on, but before we even passed Grota we found 2 minke whales! One of them proved to be really large and easy. They were regularly disappearing for a while so we had good periods of sightings with time of searching in between. And just like that, we spent the whole tour close to Reykjavik with more relaxed sea conditions while having awesome sightings of minkes. On a rough day, that's a miraculous deal!

Report from Elding: The swell raised a little and the wind picked up too, but it was still enjoyable to stay outside. However, we were out for a very challenging tour. We spotted some fins at the distance and we decided to slow down in order to check it out. It turned out to be a minke whale. Nevertheless, it was behaving in a very illusive way and it was very hard to keep track of it. After many attempts we decided to leave and try our luck somewhere else. We ended running into another one of the same species. The latter was being just as cooperative as the previous one. So, the patience from the crew was tested once again and eventually it was possible to observe the whale quite close to us. Still, the crew agreed that this experience did not live up to the ones we usually provide. Therefore, we decided to give a second chance to all our passengers by providing them complementary tickets!
