Tour at 13:00

Report from Eldey: The sea conditions were much better than yesterday. It was still very windy and when we got far out on the bay we saw a lot of white caps around us but the waves were small so our sailing was comfortable.  We had great visibility in all directions and enjoyed the snowy mountains around the bay. Sadly the bay seemed quiet today. Not much bird life and even though we searched in few of our best areas we never saw a sign of either dolphins or whales. For that reason we offered everyone complimentary tickets so they could come with us on another tour with us.

Birds seen on the tour: Northern gannet, northern fulmar, common guillemot, razorbills, iceland gulls, eider ducks, glaucous gulls, cormorants, shags and great black blacked gulls.
