Still quite windy and overcast but we managed to sailed out in Faxafloi bay, where we spotted still a lot of feeding flocks of Artic terns, which went back after few days of absebce and we spotted also Kittiwakes, Puffins and Manx sheawaters. Out there we also saw Minke whales, a few individuals were surfacing close to the birds.
Tour 9:00
A bit windy this morning. We sailed out stopping to Lundey first. On Puffin Island we spotted a lot of Puffins flying above the Island and walking close to their breeding sites. Then we sailed out to the feeding ground where we had mainly Minke whales, feeding always associated with large seabirds’ flocks.
