We are sailing out from Reykjavik Harbour today. The forecast predicts wind from the southeast and we could experience some swells.
Report from Eldey: The weather was absolutely beautiful and since there were northern winds today we didn't feel a thing on our way out. It was fairly warm for a day in January in Iceland and we sailed out with high hopes for spotting cetaceans. The sailing was pretty smooth as the sea conditions were good but despite this we didn't manage to find any cetaceans. On out way back we kept our search ongoing but still nothing to see. We had to settle on a beautiful weather and birdlife for today and then we offered everyone on board a complimentary ticket which is valid for two years. We certainly hope everyone gets a second chance in trying to find these amazing animals.
