We are sailing out from the Old Harbour in Reykjavik today. There will be some wind and therefore we will experience movement on the boat out on Faxabay. If you are sensitive to motion sickness we offer preventative tablets in the ticket office.

Report from Eldey: What an experience! We knew that a storm was coming up during the afternoon, but it was supposed to really start after 4 pm. However, the winds were strong,the rain continuous and accompanied by hail and the sea conditions were already not good when we started and then got worse and worse. Our Captain Jon managed to keep the boat still as stable as possible considering the conditions and a bit prematurely we made our way back to the harbour, slowly but steadily. Everyone on board was offered a complimentary ticket to give it another try with the whales and dolphins on one of our tours for free within the next two years. Hopefully without stormy weather and some nice sightings! A true Icelandic experience!
