Tour at 13:00

It was still very windy on this tour and you could also feel the rain when heading into the wind but it was ok when heading with it. Unfortunately no Minkes or Dolphins for this tour but we did see Harbour Porpoises jumping quite high and a lot of them too. Not to many birds on this tour either. All in all a uneventful tour :(

Tour at 9:00

Once again the wind was strong but not strong enough to deter us in looking for those Minke Whales. We headed out and it wasn't long before we saw our first Minke Whale but it only surfaced twice before disappearing and not reappearing again. We searched and searched and searched in hope to show our lovely passengers the amazing wildlife that we see in our bay but unfortunately this morning there was none to be seen. We did see lots of seabirds however and they were fun to watch. Gannets diving from heights of 30m into the rough seas below, Fulmars gliding on the air currents and the few Guillemots that are still around. An unfortunate tour in terms of whales but at least it was nice to be out in the fresh sea air ;)
