Tour at 13:00
Report from Eldey: We went out in the bay in one of the most beautiful days this winter has already gifted us. There was a little of misty far in the distance, and only a small swell was hitting the boat now and then. It took a lot of time to find some wildlife today. But almost at the end of the tour, when we were already thinking in returning to the harbour, a pod of 6-8 white beaked dolphins appeared suddenly! An amazing experience! They even got quite close to the boat, allowing us to get a good look at their white stripes that cover mostly all of their bodies. Looks like, with the new year, our luck is starting to slightly change!

We are sailing from the Old Harbour in Reykjavik today. According to the forecast the weather is calm but there will be movement on the boat due to swells out on Faxabay. If you are sensitive to motion sickness we offer preventative tablets in the ticket office, free of charge! On board there are heated indoor areas but we also have overalls to keep you warm out on deck.
