Tour at 13:00
We sailed out from Hafnarfjörður this afternoon. We decided to take a different direction than on the morning tour so we could scan a larger area. The wind increased and it even started raining. We were searching for a long time. Then suddenly one of our passengers spotted something and it was a small group of white-beaked dolphins. But this group had a small calf with them and they only surfaced 3-4 times very far away before they disappeared. This group of dolphins was the only thing we found this afternoon and there were not many passengers how could spot them so we offered them complimentary tickets. And we hope to see them all again.

We finally had god weather again at least close to shore. We sailed out full of hope finding the whales this morning. We spent a long time searching, scanning a big area but despite our best efforts we had no luck with the whales on this tour. So everyone was offered complimentary tickets. Hopefully more luck on the next one.
Birds seen on the tours: Gannets, fulmar‚ guillemots, kittiwakes, gulls and razorbills.
