Tour at 13:00: RUNNING

We are sailing out today from the Reykjavik Old Harbor. We expect waves between 50 and 75 cm with an eastern wind between 2 and 6 m/s. A semi clouded sky with little to no precipitation.

Report from Eldey: We had very good conditions today with the sun shining beautifully on the surrounding landscape. The last couple of days has really given us nice weather and amazing landscape, only that making it worth going out on the tour! Today we hadn't sailed for long when a passenger spotted some fins in the water on one of our sides. It was a pod of 8-10 white-beaked dolphins. It was a nice pod of dolphins containing at least one calf and two younger dolphins. On several occasions they swam underneath the boat and came up really close. It was a hard time leaving these dolphins but we wanted to search further out as well. The wildlife further out was very calm, only some seagulls that kept us company. We returned to harbor with a gloving red sunset behind us. It was very nice to be out whale watching today! This guide is now leaving for Christmas celebration at home but join the next tour in the good hands of our many awesome guides. Merry Christmas!
