Tour at 13:00Report from Hafsúlan: It didn't stop raining the whole day but under the warm overalls people kept much dryer. The landscape vanished in the clouds which were covering everything. The wind was still provoking the white caps on the waves which made the search for the cetacean quite difficult under these circumstances. We found wildlife but everything with wings, able to fly. We had three whopper swans which passed in the distance or different kind of seagulls following a fishing boat, auks and eider ducks resting on the water and fulmares, kittiwakes, gannets and glaucous gulls flying around our boat. But the encounter with the cetacean will hopefully be waiting for the next time when the passengers will make use of the complimentary tickets.

Tour at 09:00Report from Hafsúlan: The wind was blowing from the east so it felt calm on the way out where we were pushed by wind and waves but on the way back we had the rain and the wind in our eyes when looking towards the front. Luckily around 6 white-beaked dolphins found us as they were approaching us twice. They even had a quick ride in our bow wave and were visible under water. We saw them also leaping a few times before they quickly went of to discover something else? These were two short but beautiful encounters of these resident and this time curious creatures.
