Status: RUNNING

We are sailing out from Reykjavik Harbour today. The forecast predicts a little wind from the southeast and little swells.

Tour at 13:00

Report from Eldey and Hafsúlan: We went out on two boats because of high number of passengers. The sailing out on the bay was really smooth because then we sailed with the swells. Few passengers on Eldey spotted 3-4 harbour porpoises on the way out, they only popped out of the water few times and then disappear. There seemed to be good bird life further out, most of the birds were scattered over big areas but eider ducks, shags and fulmars were in big flocks. On the way back it got much colder because then we sailed into the wind. Eldey spotted 2-3 harbour porpoises again but just like with the other pod they were elusive and not many passengers got to see them. Because those were our only sightings we offered all of our passengers complimentary tickets so they can all come with us on another whale watching tour.
