Tour status 13:00 : RUNNING

We will be sailing from the Old Harbour in Reykjavík today at 1 PM. The sea conditions are bit rough and it is very cold out in the bay today.

We do have seasickness tablets free of charge at our ticket office, and at the boat. At the boat you can also find our warm overalls, that will be very good on a cold day like today.

Tour at 13:00

Report from Eldey and Elding: Finally another HUMPBACK! Searching conditions were great after two very rough days in the bay. We had fantastic view over the whole bay and could scan over a larger area. The blow of the humpback was spotted from around 1 kilometer distance. The whale may have been feeding first when Eldey showed up, it was surfacing fast and kept swimming in circles. After a while it slowed down and was easier to predict. Both boats got fantastic view of the animal. It never dived for long and we could often spot it under the water surface! The beautiful sunset made the tour even better. Such a great day to be out on the water.
