Tour at 13:00
We had a lovely day at sea in good weather conditions despite some rain to begin with. Early on we spotted few harbour porpoises and like previous days we were happy to encounter, all in all, three humpback whales, one of them our dear friend Mr. Square. The whales were quite calm and seemed to us to be resting unlike the birds in the area that were actively feeding. One of the whales came very close to the boat so we got a great view, and we also got to see a fluke. It was really nice too feel the warmth from the sun that came out towards the end of the tour as the winter days at sea can be quite cold.
