A GREAT DAY FOR WHALE-WATCHING!

The weather conditions got stronger during this trip, more wind and it became more difficult to spot any wildlife. We were not very lucky on this tour, only spotted one Minke Whale close to the boat but it was surfacing very quickly and dissapeared after surfacing 3 times. Duri

It was still snowing a bit in the afternoon but the wind calmed down. This made for good whale watching conditions in the beginning of the tour. In the same area as yesterday we spotted our hero of the tour: one particularly nice minke whale. We watched it for quite a while

A lovely weather has been with us during the all trip: clear shy, excellent visibility and white mountain peaks. During our morning whale-watching trip a big group of harbour porpoises has been spotted but no other whale species unfortunately have been seen.
