- NORTHERN LIGHTS CRUISE | 21:00
It was a beautiful night full of stars. The Big Dipper, Cassiopea, Orion's belt, Jupiter and Saturn were all visible. The northern lights were present from the beginning of the tour until the end, oscillating between very diffused and clearly visible, from a foggy and light cloud around the mountains to a green arch coming from behind Esja.

We sailed out in the direction of Esjan but sadly with us came a lot of rain. This was not part of the forecast so we stayed hopeful and patient. The rain stopped after a little bit and in the end we even got a little hail! We stopped at the Imagine Peace Tower and let that light up the sky for a bit and then handed out complimentary tickets due to not seeing the auroras.

There were a few clouds as we sailed out, but about halfway through the tour very faint lights started poking through. These lights would then fade and grow throughout the night, but still, we decided to offer our passengers complimentary tickets for a better chance to see them!

The night was beautiful with bright stars and not so much clouds. We waited maybe an hour before seeing the northern lights starting. First they were very faded and barely visible with the naked eye. We patiently observed and finally saw them becoming much brighter and extending towards the sky.

It was very windy but with cozy overalls we pulled through the coming storm. Unfortunately the luck wasn't on our side and we didn't see any northern lights dancing. We passed by the Imagine Peace Tower on our way back and then gave out complimentary tickets so our passengers can come back once more.

Unfortunately the high clouds were quite thick and the activity very low. We patiently waited in the bay listening to music and drinking hot drinks but no lights appeared. We gave complimentary tickets to our passengers hoping that next time we will be luckier!

We sailed out with a high hopes due to the very good forecast. As we left the harbour it was a fairly clear sky, we could see stars as well as Jupiter. Unfortunately, we ended up with a sky full of thick clouds and the lights didn't appear. So we offered everyone complimentary tickets. Hopefully the lights reappear tomorrow!

A quiet night, without any wind on our faces so we headed out into the darkness in search of the auroras. The sky looked cloudy but with enough gaps to try to see the lights. Unfortunately no activity was reported so we sailed back to the harbour. Complimentary tickets were offered to our passengers for another try.

Tonight the sky was absolutely beautiful with no moon and so many stars. The milky way was even visible above our heads. The northern lights could be seen the whole evening, a beautiful arch was in the north west. This arch was sometimes single, double or triple! Simply amazing.

The forecast looked very promising and we had a beautiful dark sky. Even before leaving the harbour we saw northern lights, they were quite strong but then calmed down again before we left. As we sailed out, the lights started growing stronger and there were were moments they were dancing above us and there were even moments of pink!

As soon as we left the harbour we could see northern lights! We could see the green really nicely in the sky towards the north by Ursa Major. The green would fade a bit but on our cameras throughout the whole night we could see so much green. A few more times during the night the green would come back and be visible for us to see.

Our hopes were very high and the playlist was good enough to dance a bit to keep ourselves warm, but the clouds were in the way most of the time during the tour. Unfortunately we didn't see any northern lights tonight, so we offered complimentary tickets to our passengers!

We set off and the sky was full of clouds so we headed over to Videy to look at the Imagine Peace Tower. After this point was when the northern lights started to become active. They kept appearing bright green in between gaps of cloud. As well as behind clouds too. We could see them fairly constantly for a lot of the tour at varying brightness levels.

From the start until the end we could see green northern lights above Esja, they were not always easy to see because of the clouds but were clearly appearing on our cameras and phones. The lights became stronger for 10-15 minutes getting more visible even through those clouds.

We went out in the bay, watching the yellow moon in between some clouds above Esja. We waited for the lights to come out, as patient as we could be. However, tonight was not our night, and they didn't come out for us. So we decided to give out complimentary tickets so our passengers can come back again night.

We sailed out in calm seas, away from the city lights enough to see the starry sky and eventually we saw a shooting star! We had waited for a while when we spotted a green dash on top of Esja, finally the northern lights came out and they grew stronger by the minute!

It was a beautiful night without a cloud in the sky. First the northern lights were present but very faded, barely visible for the untrained eye. Towards the end of the tour our patience was rewarded and nice green colours finally appeared in the sky with some movement and a lovely bright arch of northern lights made our night.

Great tour with northern lights dancing since the very beginning of our trip. We were very lucky with the activity, which lasted with high and lows pretty much for the entirety of the tour. The activity gradually decreased as the tour neared the end of the trip, which is when we focused our attention to the constellations on the sky!

As soon as we left the harbour we could already see the northern lights. There was a huge green arch in the sky. These lights changed in shape and brightness throughout the night but they never left our side. As forecasted, there were no clouds so this also gave us a great view of the stars and moon. On our way back we also had a look at the Imagine Peace Tower.
