Unfortunately we didn't spot any whales, dolphins or porpoises on this tour. We sailed far out on the bay and saw several areas with many flocks of feeding seabirds (which is usually a very good sign) but no whales were seen :-(

Unfortunately we weren't as lucky as our previous trips. We only spotted a harbour porpoise once, but hardly anyone saw it :( We hope our passengers can join us for a complimentary tour as soon as possible!!
On this afternoontour the whal
The sea was still nice and calm like in the morning and it was lovely to sail out on the bay this evening. Like in the previous tours we had to sail far out on the bay, but it certainly paid of! We spotted a minke whale and it was very approachable :-) It came up to the surf
The weather was incredible out on the bay this evening. The visibility was excellent and we enjoyed the scenery as well as the calm sea and evening sun. Our first sighting was a couple of shy harbour porpoises that came up to the surface a couple of times before disappearing
Weather slowly improved and sea birds were still many spotted. Unfortunately whales were not around even if we had some time. We have spotted blows around the area where we did have sightings during the all day.
Still overcast but the wind went
Light conditions were very sugestive, flat sea conditions and we spotted a Humpback whale, which all time stayed less than 5 meters away from us, it was so big and calm it was really a perfect sighting!
Another very good tour. Weather still very
We really hoped to find the humpback from the morning again and sailed all the way full of excitement. And than the captain finally saw its blow through the bincoulars far in the distance. It was the same humpbck whale from the morning. It was still there, something you neve
We decided to try our luck again but we seareched this time far far out in the Faxaflói bay, an area where we usually never go. The tour was about six hours but it was it worth!!! We found several minke whales and a humpback whale. Actually the passengers could smell a minke
