We sailed towards Viðey island and mt. Esja and managed to spotted a bit of northern lights activity behind the clouds, but they were only visible though the camera and so we offered our passengers complimentary tickets!

This evening we were excited as we were greeted starry skies and already on the way out (having just left the harbour) we could see an arch of northern lights! The lights were with us all evening, sometimes dancing, sometimes stronger and sometimes weaker. It was a truly magical evening!

Unfortunately the sky did not look at the forecast and was completely covered throughout the tour. Despite our best efforts we did not find the northern lights this time and therefore issued complimentary tickets to our passengers!

We stayed as long as we could still hoping for a glimmer of green light but eventually had to head back to harbour when time was up. As we were not successful in seeing the lights we offered everyone complimentary tickets, so they can return another night!

The night was cold, but extremely calm, so we packed ourselves with cozy overalls and we were ready to wait for the lights to show up. They decided to take their time, but we could finally spot them: we had northern lights right above the Mountain of Esja!

Once we set sail we watched the moon and the beautiful city lights on our outward sail. Sadly nature is unpredictable and the clouds did not clear up, so in the end we handed out complimentary tickets so that everyone can come back another night!

We could see the moon and Jupiter and now just had to be patient and see if the northern lights would join too. The sky seemed to clear up but we weren't lucky this evening and therefore handed out complimentary tickets so that everyone has the chance to come again!

Despite our best efforts at blowing the clouds away they did not go away. Although we got glimpses of the auroras at some point, we offered our passengers complimentary tickets so they can come back again another night!

After some time we could see a faint green through our cameras, but it was not visible to the naked eye. We kept on looking in this direction, but unfortunately the activity never picked up. We therefore decided to offer our passengers complimentary tickets so they could join us another night!

We sailed out hopeful of seeing some great northern lights tonight. At times we could see green hues behind the clouds on our cameras, but not with our eyes. We therefore we offered complimentary tickets at the end of the tour!

The skies were very clear and we saw northern lights from the start of the tour. They were faint at first, but gradually grew greener as time passed by and we got away from the light pollution. We observed them for a while in all shapes and colours!

We sailed out on this crisp autumn evening, under a clear sky! The northern lights were with us all eve and around the halfway mark they increased drastically strength. It was a magical evening and the lights seemed to be getting stronger throughout!

The night was cold and some rain was falling, but the forecast was saying that we should have some gaps in the clouds during the tour. Eventually this gaps appeared but without northern lights. Therefore we offered complimentary tickets to our passengers, for another chance!

As we headed out of the harbour there were some clouds and through the clouds we started to see some northern lights. They were hiding through the clouds for most of the tour, making it difficult to see. We then decided to give out complimentary tickets!

Although the night was cold, the stars were very beautiful in the night sky. The northern lights didn't want to appear tonight so we gave complimentary tickets to our passengers for them to be able to join the tour again!

We had clouds following us all evening, and we could see green hues of northern lights behind them through our cameras. At one point it looked quite strong through the lens, but due to the difficult sightings, we handed out complimentary tickets!
