The weather out on the bay turned out better than expected (despite a little rain) and the searching conditions were good. First we went to the puffin island, there are still some puffins there even though most of them have already left. Out on the bay we found minke whales.

We headed out this afternoon, and were able to spot quite a few Minke whales. Some were very easy to watch but others a little more tricky. We also spotted a group of dolphins which was a little difficult to follow. All of a sudden it seemed that the Gannets had come out of now
Another very good tour, clam sea and sunshine. We headed out into the bay and started spotting many Minke whales, some were very close like one young one which stayed with us for quite a long time, surfacing less than 10 meters from the boat. it was a very perfect sighting!
Report from Hafsúlan: The weather was still perfect and again we could see the group of harbour porpoises coming up the whole trip. We also spotted a lot of minke whales, about 10 individuals all together. A good end of a good day.
