Report for Hafsúlan: With all the bad weather that has been happening this December its great just to be going out into the bay. The sea conditions were good the sunrise/rise was beautiful and the landscape stunning with the new white frosting. It was however, incredibly cold, everyone made use of the warm overalls on board and the hot beverages we serve at the bar. Unfortunately, no cetaceans (whale, dolphins or porpoises) today so we offered our passengers a complimentary ticket, which is good for 2 years. We hope they have better luck next time.

Birds seen today include: Black-backed Gulls, Glaucous Gulls, Kittiwakes, Eider Ducks, Shags and Cormorants.
