Tour at 13:00
Report from Eldey: We had the best sea conditions for more than a week and a great visibility far out on the bay. Even so it took us a long time to find cetaceans on the tour. After a long and cold time out on sea without any luck we started to head back to land. Then we got a call from another whale watching boat, they had seen dolphins! When we arrived we saw a group of 5-6 white beaked dolphins. We got a great look at these playful animals. We saw them leaping, breaching, head slapping and bow riding. We saw them few times swimming under and around our boat. We made the tour a bit longer than usual because of how late we found the animals. The dolphin show was an incredible end to our tour.

Birds seen on the tour: great black-backed gulls, Iceland gulls, glaucous gulls, European shag, common guillemots, long tailed ducks and eider ducks.
