Tour status: RUNNING
Tour at 13:00
Report from Eldey: Yesterday we had to cancel our tour because of storm so today we were very keen to go out! Conditions for sailing were good - wind hit us only when we passed light house Grotta and made us feeling cold but from time to time Sun was coming out from clouds warming us with light and overalls which we provide are perfect to stay warm while being outside. Swell was a little bit high but long and our captain did his best to make ride smooth. We had big hopes, as bay was full of seabirds: fulmars were flying around our boat, cormorants were resting in big groups on the water surface, many sea gulls and even beautiful gannets were present. It was a challenge to spot something else then birds, as they were everywhere! As the time ran out we needed to return but no cetaceans were spotted. We offered complimentary tickets to our passengers wishing them and ourself more luck next time!
