Report from Eldey: We sailed into the rain on the Icelandic rollercoaster. We had to sail for around one hour before we had our first encounter. Se saw splashes ahead and saw that they were 8 white-beaked dolphins. We were able to stay with them for a long time and they came close to the boat as they were very curious about us. After the encounter we took a cruse around looking for some other animals but were unable to do so. Back to Reykjavík we went, happy after meeting the dolphins.

Report from Eldey: This morning was once more a morning with a familiar feeling to it; menacing grey and black overcast above us; the sea, just enough waves so that we know that Poseidon is still present and awake. We were sailing for a solid hour and 15 minutes when we saw the first fins coming out. There was soon 15-20 white-beaked dolphins all around in the wider area. At times they were coming close to us and checking us out, but most of them seemed to keep a fair distance between us and them. On this tour we also saw a couple of harbour porpoises, on the way out and on the way back, so that those who didn't manage to spot this elusive cetacean the first time, got the chance to do so once more.
