Report from Eldey: It was a freeeezzzzzing cold afternoon, but stunningly beautiful. Crisp winter air, blue skies, snow-capped mountains. Not a bad place to visit. We sailed west and to our usual areas. Passengers were snuggled up in the free overalls offered on board and took full atvantage of the cafeteria to  purchase hot drinks. We had some true vikings on board that stayed outside a long time, a lot also stayed in side in the heated saloons. It took us nearlt 2 hours to find our first cetaceans, well actually they found us. Two white-beaked dolphins that suddenly appeared under our bow and started bow riding. They stayed with us a little while, swimming along sie and under the vessel, thrilling passengers as they watched. It was hard to keep them entertained and after about 20mins they dove and disappeared. It was a short sighting but wonderful. Nice to have some life back in teh bay and nice that it paid us a visit.

Report from Hafsúlan: Another morning with clear skies and nothing but sunshine in the sky. But it did feel quite a bit colder than the previous days, with the wind having picked up and also causing more swell than we've experienced days before. Like yesterday, there was a lot of seabirds flying around the waters, especially once we got as far out as the city of Akraness. Unfortunately still there was no sign of cetaceans for us on this trip and so it was a beautiful scenic sail through Faxafloi that we would lie every one of our passengers to join us on again, using the complimentary ticket we offered each of them.
