✔ TOUR ON SCHEDULE | at 13:00
Report from Eldey: Weather in Iceland is amazing, we had it all this afternoon; wind, snow, sleet, heavy rain, light rain, sunshine.....we had it all. The swell had calmed down for us to venture out into the bay and continued to calm throughout the tour. We first stayed clos eto the coast and around the islands to gain shelter and then west further into the bay later. After 2 1/2 hours of no sightings we heard fro onother whale watching vessel that that saw a pod of dolphins, as it was 25mins away we were sceptical we would see them but we gave it a chance and very glad we did. A pod of about 6 white-beaked dolphins and not just any dolphins, our celebrity dolphins. Sophie (regular since 2013) and Puzzle (regular since 2012). It was wonderful to see these guys together as Sophie is usually with another regular we call ´Large Nick´, both seen together last on teh 15th March in a big super pod. Its amazing to learn more and more about these individuals everytime you see them. On teh whale to the dolphins we also got a few glimpses of a grey seal. popped its head up about 4 times before disappearing. Can´t wait to get back on the sea tomorrow and see who and what is around.
Birds seen on today´s tour include: northern fulmars, eider ducks, cormorants, black-backed gulls, black legged kittiwakes.

The wind is getting stronger and there will be movement out on the bay, so if you are prone to seasickness, we have seasickness tablets free of charge.
