Report from Hafsulan: To end up the day, we enjoyed an incredible sailing experience through Faxafloi as the sun was setting in the horizon and we could see very interesting figures and colours in the sky. After a long search, we discovered an active flock of birds and among them 2 minke whales which were constantly feeding and changing direction. After enjoying these beauties, we headed back to the harbour with a smile in our faces.

Report from Hafsulan: Oh my, what a day! More of flat seas, incredibe conditions for sailing and even sun! And cetaceans weren't less as we saw them in huge quantities. Pods of harbour porpoises were spotted everywhere (between 15-20 of them in total), minke whales coming close to our boat (5-6 of them) and the cherry in the top of the cake was an spectacular pod of 10-12 white-beaked dolphins. These guys gave us a great show as the played around our boat and we saw some calves and some youngsters leaping out of the water in a roulette of excitement, what a tour! As a plus, the ride back to the habour was signed by a beautiful sunshine.

Report from Hafsúlan: It was a beautiful beginning of the day, the sea was so calm it looked almost like a mirror, and the weather was warm and dry, perfect for whale watching! We went out to look for some whales and got our first encounter of the day with a juvenile minke whale! At first it seemed to be a bit elusive, but just as we decided to go further out, the whale sped up and jumped beside our boat! The fun didn't stop just there because this awesome whale followed us for a long time, bow riding and surfing in the waves made by our boat! We could easily see its whole body underneath the surface and as it kept leaping out of the water. After a while, it started to breach behind us, its whole body flying up in the air and landing on its belly! After this magnificent encounter we also found 2 pods of about 10 white-beaked dolphins including some calves who came very close to the boat and gave us a great chace to take some photos. This was another spectacular tour with Elding
