After a beautiful morning with a calm and bright sea and no wind, we left the harbour with all our hopes really high. After half an hour sailing, the wind started to pick up and the white caps started to cover the water surface. We had a wonderful morning so our spirits were really high. We spotted big flocks of birds and suddenly we saw a blow in the distance and the shape of a minke whale appeared in front of us. We sailed towards that direction but, unfortunately, the whale decided to go somewhere else and we just got the chance to smell the "stinky minke" as some people call them due to the bad smell they sometimes leave when they exhale the air. We continued our searching until we reached the harbour but, this time, we didn´t have the chance to get closer to this wonderful creatures. We offered our passengers the chance to go back within the next two years with our complimentary tickets so I hope to see them onboard soon.

Report from Hafsulan: This afternoon was as beautiful as this morning and the sun kept shining on our heads, while we sailed out into the bay, with almost no waves. It took us a while to find the whales, but after about an hour we had our first minke whale encounter. It was especially great, because we were able to stay with the animal for some time, before we continued our tour further. On the way we were able to watch lots of bird life as well, with great skuas chasing gulls for their prey. On the way back we saw another minke whale and only 30 minutes before the tour ended, we also got to see a pod of 4-5 white-beaked dolphins. With so much sunshine and great encounters, all passengers left with smiles in their faces, which is exactly what we want.

Report from Elding: What a wonderful morning we have had. Flat seas, sun shinning and no wind or waves, the perfect ingredients for a great tour and indeed it was. As soon as we left the harbour we spotted a minke whale, and it wasn't the only one as we saw more than 10 individuals during the entire tour. Some of them were really close to our boat as we could see the white bands around their flippers. We encountered more species as 6-7 harbour porpoises were popping up every now and then and a nice pod of 4-5 white-beaked dolphins came next to us so we could enjoy their playful behaviour.
