Report from Hafsúlan : We sailed out from the harbour in Hafnarfjörður because the weather was supposed to be better there this afternoon. The sky was kind of grey and when we had been sailing for a few minutes the wind had gotten stronger and there were bigger waves than this morning. We searched in a very big area, from Hafnarfjörður to Reykjavík, but unfortunatly the whales were not showing up today. We saw some Puffins close to Reykjavík, which means that they are finally here and are very easy to spot ! Although we didnt see whales we had a icelandic adventure with the unpredictable, pure Icelandic weather.

Report from Hafsúlan: We headed out in a misty weather from Reykjavík. It was kind of cold but the wind wasn't that strong. Close to Reykjavík we saw some Puffins, which was great, finally our beautiful puffins are back and we look forward to having more of them very soon! We sailed around a big area with out finding any whales, and decided that we should sail to the harbour in Hafnarfjörður and search in places around there, but unfortunatly there was no sighting of the whales this tour. But it was a nice tour and we just have to keep in mind that Wild life is very unpredicteble and hope that they will be back as soon as possible !
Birds seen on todays tours include: Puffins, Northern Gannets, Fulmars, Eider-Ducks, Icelandic Gull & Herring Gull
