 TOUR ON SCHEDULE | 17:00

Report from Eldey: The weather conditions remained pretty much the same as the previous tour. All our passengers got to put their sea legs to the test as they stand enthusiastically on our upper deck. Everybody passed with Excellency! The challenge was worth it as soon after we left the harbour we spotted a pod of around 5 to 6 white beaked dolphin that happened to be mating! After such an aroused encounter we found another pod of around 4 or 5 individuals of the same species. After enjoying their presence for a long period of time we moved on. After passing by a couple of illusive minke whales, we proved 3rd time is the charm! Finally we found a minke whale that resurfaced a few times few meters away from our vessel providing a breath taking experience!

 TOUR ON SCHEDULE | 13:00

- Report from Eldey:  Beautiful afternoon today we had really good sea conditions so it was easy to spot the animals. Our first sighting took just 20 minutes after left the harbour a minke whale came up in front of us, and it took our researchers 5 minutes to recognise that whale, it was "tap" is coming to the bay every year since 2007 ,nice to see it again. After say goodbye to our amazing whale we headed towards our spotting area and we had the opportunity to see a big pod of harbour porpoise, the cutest mammals that we have in the bay. Before came back to the harbour another minke whale popped up so we went back with a big smile in or face.

 TOUR ON SCHEDULE | 9:00

We could only feel a soft breeze, making it quite enjoyable to stay outside. The swell raised up a bit through the course of the tour, but our passengers proved to be proper sailors, as most of them remained in our outside deck. Though we saw 3 pods of harbour porpoises along our journey, our whales and dolphins remained out of sight. Though tours like this are rare, sometimes it occurs. This is one of the challenges of working with Nature and its unpredictability. But the goal of our company is to provide our guests the opportunity to see our whales and dolphins. Therefore, we provided complementary tickets so that everybody has a chance to come on another whale watching tour with us, for free! Hope to see them all again soon.
