Report from Eldey and Hafsulan: Mother nature gave us an early Christmas present with today's perfect weather. Not a breeze in the air and with the fresh snow that had fallen throughout the night, the landscape was a dream of winterwonderland. We were delighted to have so many passengers joining us, that we went out with two boats to ensure everyone had enough indoor as well as outdoor space. We were soon greetd in the bay by 5 harbour porpoises swimming towards the harbour. Then as we sailed, we could see so far with the seas like glass and our clue that lead to our first sighting was actually a flock of birds far in the distance all suddenly lifting off the water surface. This was a peculiar behaviour they usually only show if something is underneath them. Sure enough, soon after we spotted the fins of 3 white-beaked dolphins. They were so calm and relaxed, just milling in the area and soon became curious to check us out, swimming at our bow and evn underneath our boat several times. We stayed with them over half an hour and only left as we spotted another pod of this time 4 dolphins! An absolutely splendid tour with great scenery, lovely dolphins and the warmest of Christmas moods amongst everyone.

We wish everyone a wonderful Christmas Eve!!!
