Tour at 13:00

Report from Hafsúlan; ORCA!! We sailed out today from Reykjavik and ended in Hafnafjörður and we were so happy we did. We sailed out in nice weather, a bit windy but compared to the previous days it was nothing. The sunset was just stunning and we even had a rainbow over Hafnafjörður and Reykjavik as we sailed back. We saw many seabirds Gulls, Eider Ducks, Cormorants, many Long-tailed Ducks and Fulmars. We were quite unlucky with the cetaceans for most the tour, didn´t see anything until about 10 minutes from the harbour we were docking in. Orca, it was incredible a family of maybe 7-8 individuals, from large males to juveniles most likely  only a year or two old. It was wonderful seeing them surface with the stunning sunset behind. Such a wonderful tour after a lot of patience.
