Report from Elding: The sun was shining this beautiful afternoon when we headed out in Faxaflói. Once we got out we did not see that many birds around. There were few gannets and not many of them feeding, and the fulmars were just sitting on the water surface. We searched in a very very large area without any luck. It was a beautiful day and the mountains around us were magnificent with the sun emphasizing the autumn colours. Complimentary tickets were given and we really hope for better days to come.

Report from Elding: What a beautiful morning, it was even nice to see Snæfellsness in the distance with the glacier on top. Perfect morning to see whales. The bay looked completely empty for the first half of the tour but we got word from another whale watching boat about a couple of Minke Whales,we got there and saw them a couple of times but the whales were being very difficult. Always heading towards us or away from us making it very difficult to show the passangers. We decided to give our passangers complimentary tickets in the hope on the next tour they will see the whales a little better
