Tour at 13:00
We really hoped to find the humpback from the morning again and sailed all the way full of excitement. And than the captain finally saw its blow through the bincoulars far in the distance. It was the same humpbck whale from the morning. It was still there, something you never can be sure about. Whales often move a lot. Again we spent a nice time with it. This time it lob tailed, rolled around and showed its long white flippers. It was feeding there and we could see it comming up with an open mouth! Fantastic! A really nice tour!
Tour at 9:00
We were rather surprised this morning to spot the whales closer than yesterday, but still we had to sail a quite long distance. In the beginning of the tour we spotted one harbour porpois and all in a sudden we saw a huge splash in the disance. This must be a breaching humbback whale! We sailed immediately into the direction where we saw the splash and indeed, we soon saw a big blow and than the humbback whale! It surfaced there and fed at the surface. After some while it started lob tailing and spend much time at the surface to the exitement of our passengers. We were a bit late back in the harbour but it was it worth!
