Saga became a part of the Elding family in 2011 when she started working in the ticket office as a seasonal employee and occasionally as a deck hand. Since then, she has worked full time as the ticket office manager, in the sales & marketing team and is currently responsible for our social media content, website and booking systems.
The best thing about working at Elding is the morale and spirit of the team. The crew is like family, as many of us have been here for a very long time and seasonal employees return year after year (and for a good reason)! The mindfulness and passion of the team for the wildlife and nature is unlike anything I've ever known, and I believe this collectively is what makes us stand out as a business and what attracts conscious travellers to join our tours.
Saga speaks fluent Icelandic, English and Swedish, conversational Danish and has basic understanding in French, German and Spanish.
