Report from Elding: Even before the tour set off, northern lights could be observed to the north. As we left the harbour and away from the city lights the northern light green arch got more and more visible with the naked eye. The night was beautiful with a clear sky and so many stars, even a couple of shooting stars were seen. The aurora did get stronger for a little while and even started to dance. After this they faded away and it was hard to see for the next 20-30 minutes and once again got a little stronger on the ride home. A beautiful evening to be on our cruise also with the incredible view of the city at night and the imagine peace tower all lit up.
