Tour at 22:00

Report from Elding II: The sea was very flat tonight and it was a calm night, not too windy and not a lot of clouds either. We already saw the first lights appearing, shortly after leaving the harbour. They were getting very strong, before they suddenly disappeared. After that it was more quiet for a while and we only saw a faint arc spreading across the sky. All of a sudden the intensity was picking up again, until the lights danced all across the sky at the front of the boat. Some purple was also mixed into the green and we were even able to make out these different colours with the naked eye. A beautiful display of this natural phenomenon!
