Report from Eldey: It was a perfect night for northern lights, with calm seas, hardly any wind, completely clear sky, no moonlight and below -10°C. The northern lights greeted us as soon as we left the harbour and entertained us throughout the whole tour! At first they appeared shy and faint, but through constant changes they became brighter and covering larger parts of the sky. The grand final of tonights aurora performance was an unbelievable green and purple dance that was so bright that its reflections became visible on the water surface. This was without a doubt a once in a life time experience! The photos wont do it justice. It was one of those, you had to be there moments to understand!
