Report from Eldey: Amazing Northern Lights. We sailed out into the dark moonless starry skies to see natures most amazing phenominon, the northern lights or aurora borialis. We could see faint steaks in the skies as we left the harbour and it grew in vividness, brightness, energy as the night unfolded. We could see coronas fast moving circles of colour, greens, pinks, purples and how it danced was just breathtaking. Definitely the best display this season. A special memorable evening under the milky way.
