Report from Eldey: It was a beautiful evening to be out on the ocean with the illumiation of the imagine peace tower, moon and their reflection on on the calm seas. It was very cloudy this evening which was meant to be opening up during the tour. So we crossed our fingers and hoped the forecast was right. We could see a couple of stars and even a faint glimpse of the northern lights to the north just above Mt. Ejsa and towards Akranes. Very difficult to see with the naked eye but could see it quite clearly with a camera. We ended the tour nicely with a close up view of the IMAGINE PEACE TOWER with John Lennon's song, Imagine, playing in the background before offering our lovely passengers a complimentary ticket to join us again we hope with better Aurora Borealis.
