Report from Eldey: We headed out with high hopes as always that the clouds would have big enough caps and high enough activity for us to see the northern lights. It did not take long before we could see the northern lights with our camera just above the mountain Esja, but not with our eyes yet. We waited with patients and hope that the activity would increase and finally it did! Out of nowhere we could see the northern lights between the clouds and Esja with our eyes all green and dancing. Of course the lights were playing with us, getting weeker and stronger and in the end a beautiful show of dancing green on the mountain. Overall a successfull night and we are happy we could share this moment with out passengers.
