Report from Eldey: The weather was a little rainy in the beginning, but everyone was in a good mood and with hopes of seeing cetaceans. Even though the sea was still a bit swelly after constant wind last night and this morning, we found 3 incredible humpback whales. We think that the trio were all swimming together but we kept seeing two individuals more than the third. Maybe the third was diving longer, or maybe just not in the mood to socialise all the time! Either way all the whales were wonderful! The two that were constantly together were showing us super high flukes and also coming up very close to the boat! We could therefore recognise these two individuals as Mr Bubbles and Sauron! After a while we left them be, so we didn't overcrowd them but we were also running out of time so started our journey back to the harbour.
