Tour at 13:00

The day started off so beautiful that we hoped the rain would stay away at least till after the tour but alas no. It was only the rain that dampened the tour today otherwise it was fantastic. We saw Harbour Porpoises, One Humpback Whale (Mr. Square) and many seabirds including Gannets plunging in to the water from heights of up to 30 meters, fulmars gliding inches from passengers heads, kittiwakes, gulls, cormorants, eider ducks, mergansers all enjoying the abundant food. Mr Square didn't disappoint us either. He showed his tail many times and came meters from the boats on a couple of occasions allowing us to really appreciate his size and the amazing sound of his blow (exhaled breath). We were even able to use another sense todays as well with the humpback, not only sight and sound but also smell as a couple of times we could smell Mr. Squares breath which smelled like rotten fish, STINKY! :)
