Report from Hafsúlan: When leaving Reykjaviks harbour on our afternoon tour we were searching for the dolphins we encountered just before coming back on the morning tour. They were not around anymore, so we traveled west. After only a few kilometers we spotted a big pod of white- beaked dolphins traveling west, with at least 7 different individuals. They seemed relaxed and came very close to the boat, which our passengers enjoyed a lot. We kept going after a while looking for other cetaceans. On our way back towards the harbour we encountered another group of white- beaked dolphins. After following them for a while we went back home with a smile on our faces.

Report from Hafsúlan: On this sunny morning we went west in search of cetaceans. We went straight towards the area we had many encounters the day before. On our way we spotted a pod of harbour porpoises, which traveled very close to the boat until they vanished again. After seeing the blow of a minke whale we waited while for it to resurface, but unfortunately the animal was very elusive, so we moved on looking for other individuals. After only a short trip we encountered a pod of white- beaked dolphin. We followed them for a while until be had to start our way back to Reykjavik´s harbour. Our luck continued when we sighted another group of white- beaked dolphins just before entering the harbour, a very nice surprise just at the end of our trip.
