Report from Eldey: The forecast has not been this unreliable in a long time. Full of hopes we went out on our northern lights cruise knowing that with an activity of 4 there's usually a pretty good chance to see some nice activity. However, tonight we were starring at a completely clear sky for 2,5 hours without seeing a glimpse of northern lights. The amount of starts (also planets and shooting stars) we were able to see was incredible and also the Reykjavik Skyline is always nice to look at. But since no northern lights showed up, we offered all passengers complimentary tickets to come with us on another cruise for free within the next two years! Hopefully tomorrow night will work out, fingers crossed!
